Contest Rules for *$100.00 Gift Card* Raffle Contest:
*To enter the contest, you must agree to these Official Rules. Therefore, please read the following rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the contest constitutes agreement to these rules. You may not submit an entry to the contest and are not eligible to receive the prize described in the official rules, unless you agree to the official rules.
Only one entry per person. Only “one” raffle gift card prize will be awarded. Random selection for “one” “$100.00” Dollar Gift Card will be presented to winning recipient on December 31st, 2011 . Winner will be announced on website blog post (www.frankandersonrealtor.com) and Facebook Wall post, and winner must claim prize within 30 days of close of contest. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Void where prohibited. Approximate numerical odds of winning are based on the number of contest entries received. From time to time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information(such as name and address) and demographic information. The contest sponsor reserves the right to terminate or modify the Raffle Contest at any time without notice. (Current Fans are already entered in raffle contest.)
